Case Study: Website A

For this particular client, we provide expansive services for nine of their websites, including several regularly updated blogs, moderated and richly developed forums, Facebook, Twitter, and email management. We began providing services gradually beginning on January the 18th, expanding our services gradually as more traffic came in.

As you can see from the above image, site traffic revenue began to increase as we promoted the site using various social media outlets, in this case Facebook. As time went on, we began to cultivate the increasing traffic by unfolding improvements in their customer service. By providing much improved email management, we are able to improve customer retention, provide an outlet for customer complaints, as well as find other areas that benefit from improvement. All of these features together increase traffic, brand recognition and trust, while reducing bounce rate and customer dissatisfaction.

Over all, the many improvements we made to this site and its services lead to a four-fold increase in monthly revenue. And this was just one of several websites which enjoyed the same enhancements.
